Llanes and eastern Asturias

Selling and buying in eastern Asturias.

From Ribadesella to Llanes, with the Picos de Europa behind. Here the buyer usually comes from elsewhere — Madrid, the Basque Country, abroad — and that changes how a home is shown and when it should go on the market.

FAQ

Buying or selling around here.

I live outside Spain: can I buy here?

Yes. You need an NIE and a Spanish bank account, and we help with both, with non-resident financing and with video viewings. We work in Spanish and English.

Can I let a village house to tourists?

It depends on the municipality and the type of property: there are requirements and a register. Worth checking before buying on the assumption of that income.

We inherited a house between siblings

That is the most common situation here. The first step is not the price: it is getting the heirs to agree and the paperwork in order. After that everything moves much faster.
