Oviedo

Selling and buying in Oviedo.

Oviedo is not one market but several. Between a glazed gallery on Uría and a third floor with no lift in Ventanielles there is a world of difference, and what your neighbour is asking is not what their flat sold for. We work with the latter.

What changes from street to street.

FAQ

Selling or buying here.

How long does it take to sell a flat in Oviedo?

It depends far more on the asking price than on the neighbourhood. A well-prepared home with a reasoned price moves; one priced on wishful thinking can sit for a year and end up selling for less.

My building has approved works levies: should I sell now?

You can still sell, but it must be disclosed and it must be clear who pays what up to completion. Hiding it is the fastest way to lose the deal at the notary.

Do you also cover the outlying parishes?

Yes: San Claudio, Trubia, Las Caldas, La Manjoya. They are a different market, with a different pace and buyer, and the price has to be set with that in mind.

I live away and inherited a flat in Oviedo

It is more common than you'd think. We handle the paperwork, the viewings and the notary, and we can walk you through it by video call. If there are several heirs, it is worth agreeing things before anything is listed.
